At Florista, we take care to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful. Please read the following information about our delivery process.
Delivery Areas

Delivery Times
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before Midday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.
Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
While we aim to deliver during your requested time frame, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Instructions
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. If the recipient is not home, we will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location or follow any specific instructions provided at checkout. If we are unable to safely leave the flowers or access the property, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
Shipping Fees
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

Florista is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
